Looking for a house/duplex

MUST be pet friendly. MUST have a backyard. Everything else is negotiable.
Prefer central-y, but can move north or south as needed. Would like to pay about $800/month. 1 brdm or 2 bdrm is fine.
If there *are* apartments out there with yards (even if it's just a small patio thing) that'd be cool too.
Looking to move end of February.
