The Buffy sing-a-long was so popular that the Alamo Drafthouse is holding another run.
Feb 17th, 18th and 19th at the Alamo Drafthouse downtown.
They will be showing Once More with Feeling but instead of Hush, a different Buffy episode will be shown each night!
Go to The Alamo Drafthouse Website to buy tickets and read up on the show.

Someone visiting our office locked their keys in the car, and they don't have much money at all. Any recomendations on cheapest/quickest local locksmith? Company we called is going to take up to ninety minutes to get here and wants nearly $100.00. Help, need suggestions quick. Thanks.
[EDIT: Yep, Yellow Cab will do it for $25.00 and can be here in 15-20 minutes.]

I found this dog, now I just need to find his owner.
I found him on Ohlen Road, near Burnet Road on Monday, Feb. 8. He's a
small, very friendly, young male. He's probably part (mostly?)
Schnauzer. His fur has been clipped quite short recently. If you
have any information please e-mail me at founddog@planet-save.com

Hey Folks,
Is there anywhere in Austin where you can call and talk to a nurse or doctor about your symptoms and they can tell you what they think it is/if you need treatment, etc? I don't have insurance but I really need to speak to a doctor to see if I should wait at a pay clinic or if I can treat this on my own. Thanks in advance.

I don't think anyone has posted this in this community yet. The article can be found here and in the austin american statesman (and probably other places).
Also, don't forget to go to the "VALENTINE'S DAY MASSACRE". (petitions are due at that meeting.)
more info

Did anyone here witness this or does anyone know if the statesman has admitted that they witnessed it yet?

Okay so is "Aggressive Advertising" a legitimate Austin business, or a scam?
I've been trying to contact them for 3 weeks now with no success.
UPDATE:
IT'S A REAL BUSINESSS, but run out of someone's house and only has 2 people running it.
It's like a mom and pop advertising agency..I'll see tomorrow cuz they offered me an interview.

1. What's the work enviroment like?
2. How long did it take you to get hired?
I am hoping to get hired there so i'm curious.

Did anyone just hear a loud noise like a explosion? Any idea what it was?

The lovely
bigbigtruck
and I are getting married in September here in Austin, and being the
nontraditionalists we are, we thought it might be more
interesting to have action photographers capture moments in the wedding
and reception instead of having a wedding photographer that makes us
miss the party because of all the poses.
So, here is our question. Does anyone know a photographer here in Austin that would be interested in doing such a thing? It would be Labor Day Weekend, and they would need a portfolio to show us.
It could be Journalism Majors from UT or the surrounding Austin Universities...
Thanks!</b></a>![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
