Human Marvels' side-show rock on VD

  • Feb. 12th, 2004 at 5:02 PM
Ever heard of the Human Marvels? What could be more romantic than seeing a couple of sword swollowing, stomach pumping electrocution, human spotlight, axe grinding, whip cracking, skull drilling fully tattooed freaks preforming at the Jack - A - Lope at 404 E. 6th for Valentines Day?

I don't know, but come check out the Human Marvels at the Jack - A - Lope on Valentine's Day from 8-10.

I dunno, I've worked in theatre and film for ages. It's performance art. A lifestyle. They're entertainers. At least, those are the ways I think they'd answer you...

how much is it?

when i was 16 they came into my work somewhat often and while i never asked "why?" i was always very concerned about um.. the enigma's(?name?) horns getting infected or wearing through or something. hehe, i worked at a fabric store and it was always really adorable seeing a little old lady helping out an almost fully tattooed bald guy.

Re:
Seven dollars.

Hehe, yeah, Enigma's horns are really cool. It's sort of like a peircing in the way that he stretched the skin on his forhead over a period of time in order to get in the horns that he has today.

- I always love seeing punks and little old ladys. Especially in the helping across the street scenario.
