| Searching for Gamers in the Gippsland Victoria |
[Jul. 7th, 2009|04:35 pm] |
This is my first post to this community,
I have not gamed in years and it’s really getting under my skin. I had a close group of friends when I lived in Canberra that I played with for years, but I moved to the NT and then Vic. I have been trying hard to track down some gamers or in my region; I live in Moe Gippsland Victoria. If anyone is or knows of any gamers in this area I would really appreciate some contacts.
I have played many different games at some stage or another; have a good supply of World of Darkness and D&D material (not 4E) plus various other games. I have game mastered for many years and have a venue as well if needed. I know the Monash university has a RP group at Clayton I am not certain if any gaming groups operate out of Churchill campus which is about 20 minutes away from me. |

I'm putting together some thoughts on con roleplaying. But I need help.
I have a three question survey on con games I'd like roleplayers to fill in. All questions are optional, but I would like the input.
Also, if you are a aussie roleplayer, I would be grateful if you spread the link about a bit (put it on your blog? emailed it to friends?) - the more views I can get, the better. |

| Manifest |
[Jun. 1st, 2009|03:22 pm] |
Hi all. Manifest is looking for a few games to fill out it's time table. It's open on AON for people to register. All I need is 4 more table top games because space is very limited. If this year goes well Manifest will no doubt offer more game space next year. Manifest is an anima convention held in Melbourne at the Showgrounds. This year the dates are 21st to 23rd of August. I am only looking for people to run games there have already written. This is chance to show your games to 4000 people most of whom, have not attended an RPG con before. So new blood all around.

Unicon is on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of October at Melbourne High, and AON is now open for game submissions.
Unicon is a smaller gaming convention, and ideal for new writers wishing to give it a go. So, if you've got an idea why not try it at Unicon?
Of course, if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
