introduction + couple of mp3s
Hi folks,

I was introduced to Audiomulch last year by my friends [info]ego_likeness, who have been pushing me to break a long creative slump which I'd been suffering. AM turned out to be a big part of that process, since the app is lightweight enough to run well on the old 500mhz dinosaur I was using at the time. I'm currently running AM alongside Cubase SX2 on a celeron 2.0ghz, and doing what little 'mastering' I can manage in Audacity.

These two tracks are very different, but AM was a big part of both:

Chug ver 0.1 (3.5 meg)
Arpeggiator into Bassline, plus two 'Bubble Blowers' seeded with wav files of strings and acoustic guitar, both taken from 'Peace in the Valley', listed below. FX of note: BetaBugs 'Simple Squeeze', Exponent 'Delta Ping'

Peace in the Valley (2.9 meg)
Acoustic guitar & vox recorded into Cubase, layered with string synth from the Big Tick 'Cheeze Machine'. Once recorded, the exported wavs were loaded into the AM file player. One signal path went direct from the file player to the mixer, while a second was routed through VST fuzz, delay, and stereo tremolo. Nice dark sound.

Anyway, nice to meet you all...
