Attestatio de Vita: Out of Character

We are readjusting the tagging rule. We had previously stated that it should be done within 3 days. Now you have a week. That's 7 days. However - please do not see this as an excuse to ignore your turn and slack off for days - or anything of that nature. You should tag back when you have the time. This rule is in effect for the devoted players who have such busy lives that they need this type of extension. Most of you should not be taking advantage of all of these days on a regular basis. We are doing this so that you may have the time to type up quality responses, and so that you don't feel pressured into writing something fast, or as though the game is a chore. But of course, the game cannot function without activity, which is why we feel it is important to have a tag-back rule in place. 

The commenting has been altered so now you can see all prior replies when you write your own tag. That should help, and it's a nice feature.

The other main thing we wish to address is the weekly round up threads. The round up's are done to help you, not hurt you. We do not want anyone to feel singled out - the only time we're seriously singling anyone out is when they've fallen off the face of the earth and ignored tag backs and so  on. We hope you will appreciate the effort done to keep things running smoothly. When you have concerns, please do voice them - but take into account that the round up's are never meant to be malicious in nature, and we also like to hear some appreciation when it is warranted.

Edit -- Oh, there is a new procedure for sending in your recaps! Whoever starts a thread should send in a recap of the thread (past-tense) as a comment to the weekly round-up. This way everyone can go to the round up post to check what's going on, who's where, and what thread is done etc. Major plot points will be taken from these and added to the major storyline updates.

Hiatuses

- Duckie aka Cordy is on hiatus due to a move.
- Dave is also on hiatus as Oz.

Okay. Buffy, Spike, and Gunn just dealt with craziness, and there's about to be even more craziness. In the interest of more character interaction, one more character could show up at the manor and be around for this.

Willow and Tara are going to go off and have their own spin-off, they may or may not want to do a one-on-one intense -relationship talky thread, or not.

Anyway, I will post the new thread tomorrow (FG and Davin you're welcome to do it if you feel antsy/bored) and I'll open it up to whomever. If you want to kind of save a spot, let me/us know ahead of time.

I'm a goober, and didn't realize the OP counted towards the 'replies' thing. I've been checking the number on the replies, waiting for it to go up and be my turn, not realizing that it already -was-.
