This is the section of Atra Viscus where you apply to create separate factions of hunters and vampires. These factions can do everything from peaceful negotiation to inter-faction fights. These fights and conversations are to be set up by you, with permission from the mods, and all fights/events pertaining to these factions MUST be put on the log community.

Most of these groups will be hunter-only and vampire-only, but if some people would like to combine hunters and vampires (into a group who works for a peaceful cause) then that would be alright as well~
