having a tier system of stylist?
Understand a tier system of stylist typically means they have students working on your hair.
Van Michael is that way..
313 used to be that way...
Students does not always mean they have never cut hair. It typically means they are not trained to that particular salons way of doing things. Anyway. Thats all I got.

	A tiered system is simply based on overall experience and skill. The more senior and accomplished the stylist, the more they cost. Anyway, all stylists are "students" in terms of learning new styles, at least at nice salons, since they take ongoing training classes in various techniques. I agree that the OP needs to specify what they're looking for, though. (Reply to this)(Parent)
