Is one of your New Year’s resolutions to exercise more?
If so, consider joining the
walkingatlanta group. I put this group together a couple years back with the intention of bringing folks together who wanted to exercise and have fun at the same time without feeling like it was strenuous exercise! :) The goal is to walk once a week (a weekend morning) at various places around Atlanta. Walks tend to run about an hour, and I try to pick walks that are about three miles. It’s not a big time commitment from you, and ideally folks will break off into their own walking groups during the week. If this is something that might interest you, check out
