The Atlanta Downtown Festival and Tour of Lofts-A Cross Posted Call for Artists

I'm captain of the artist market for our annual neighborhood festival and since I'm in major recruitment mode right now, I thought I'd go ahead and post some info here. This will be our fourth year and the festival is growing exponentially. I'm trying to accomplish two main goals with our artist market; 1) Since our festival takes place in the heart of Atlanta, I really want it to be representative of Atlanta art and artists. I'm happy to accept artists and vendors from anywhere, but rather than focus on artists who work the 'festival circuit' I'm trying my best to encourage local talent who may or may not have ever shown in a festival environment to give it a try. 2) I want our festival to be the single most artist friendly market anywhere. I've seen festival markets where the artists are treated like cattle and just herded around. Here's what we offer our artists;
-Volunteer assistance with loading and unloading.
-Free parking.(parking downtown can be a nightmare)
-Free secure overnight storage of artwork.(so you don't have to pack everything up on Saturday night and take it home)
-Free VIP party tickets.(Excellent for networking with corporate sponsors, people with deep pockets who probably need art)
-Free festival t-shirt.(Now who can resist a free t-shirt?)
-Hospitality suite with coffee, snacks and clean restrooms.(We'll even put a volunteer in your tent to watch things while you go pee!)
-Discounted application fee(off of our already low-low price) for returning artists.
-An artist market captain who will literally bend over backwards to make you happy.
We're far too young a festival to have a juried market. That being said, I am trying to keep the quality high. As long as you're not producing hard core porn, or peddling cheap antiques, you're pretty much in. Our entry fee for artists and vendors who have their own tent setup is only $75. If an artist has no tent, we can provide one for $160 (to cover our cost).

Chinese?

Anybody know a good Chinese restaurant? Intown only, Decatur preferred. The more authentic the better.

Hotels

Can anyone recommend a decent hotel near The Fox (or easily accessible to The Fox via interstate within, say, a 30 minute drive in the direction of Birmingham) that's under $75/night?
