I am breaking my lease and it would greatly benefit me to find someone to fill my apartment. It's a studio in Poncey-Highlands, hardwood floors, high ceilings, dishwasher, garbage disposal, central heat and air, other good stuff I can't remember, walking distance to Va-Hi, L5P, Piedmont Park, and all that stuff by the Home Depot. $450/month, no deposit, pets allowed (even big dogs).
