Room available near Emory, $375

One of my roommates had to go back overseas at the last moment so we are looking for a replacement.

Our house is a cute 4/2 two blocks from Emory, grocery, restaurants, ect. MARTA stops in our front yard, and CLIFF just down the street. Quiet, safe neighborhood. House is coed, laid back, and reasonably quiet.

The room is partially furnished (well completely if you don't need a chest-of-drawers) and is $375 per month (or $350/month if you don't own a car). Utils average 125/mo (much cheaper in Spring & Fall) and includes wireless internet. Washer/dryer is in the basement. Absolutely no drugs. No pets or live-in guests. Student/professional only.

Send email for more info, pics, ect.

Get out of my dreams, get into my car...

I've come to a bit of a stand-still in buying a new car, so I thought maybe some of you auto-savvy folks out there could help me out. I've been driving a '98 Saturn SC2 since 1998. Still runs just fine, but I need to move up to something a little roomier. I am considering a 2008 Saturn Astra and a 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring. All things considered, the Astra will probably cost me less due to incentives, and it will also cost less to ensure. The Elantra has more tech-y features, such as XM, bluetooth, iPod/aux input.

Considering I am the kind of person that drives a car for many, many years, which one would YOU pick in a similar situation?

Thanks for your input. Pro/con lists are boring.

Recommendation for pet sitters?

I'm new to Atlanta, and I'll be needing a pet sitter for the first weekend in August. I've noticed a few online, but I'm wondering whether anybody's got a fantastic pet sitter that s/he would recommend, please. My cat is...a bit of a handful. I'm in the Vinings area. Thanks very much in advance.

ATL gyno?

I know this has been asked before, but I can't find it.
So....
I am in need of a good gyno, specifically one who takes BCBS and will treat me like a grownup who actually understand how her body works :)
I live in East Point, so on the south side would be awesome :)
