This is not the place to post your disagreement with the idea of the Atkins diet in general. This is a support community for dieters to share recipes and kitchen tips. Posts that are extremely negative about the Atkins diet, or obvious flames or trolls, will be deleted. Repeat offenses will be reported to ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) abuse. Other than that, the admins moderate the group with a light hand and nearly any topic related to the Atkins diet is welcome, although there is a community dedicated to that called atkins_diet.
