(AP) LOS ANGELES A contractor has sued Barry Zito, claiming the Oakland Athletics pitcher owes more than $200,000 for remodeling work on his West Hollywood home.

Ramland Construction claims Zito breached the written deal theyhad when the pitcher allegedly stopped payments in February on the original bill of $563,000.

The work included $27,000 for new kitchen cabinets, a $20,000 Koi fish pond, $12,000 dollars in new kitchen appliances, a $10,000 aquarium, $7,100 for an aquarium enclosure and $4,200 for a fire pit.

An attorney for the contractor says he will try to have the case sent to arbitration.

Zito won the AL Cy Young Award in 2002. This season, he has a 8-3 record with a 3.36 ERA.

Bobby Crosby, I believe - either Crosby or Harden - on the DL on their bobblehead doll day. They need to start giving bobbleheads out in Oakland of the opposing teams' players!
