Dear Pansy,

Thank you for your warning regarding Snape on Christmas morning. I understand well the power he has to take information without permission or consent and I pray you are unhurt trying to resist him. I do not blame you for him finding out and your warning meant a great deal to me, in confirmation that my earlier disappearance has not swayed your loyalty. You are a great friend and I am most fortunate to know you.

I would like to understand exactly why I was attacked, tortured and had my mind invaded. If you don't know yourself, please ask Draco to contact me, by owl or in person. Snape was babbling when he reached me, and from what little sense he made before his attack I could only understand one thing. Narcissa. I pressume something has happened to her, and as my own owl is still away with the letter sent six days ago, I doubt very much she is still at Malfoy Manor.

I believe either Draco or yourself will have the answers. I'm certain Snape will but I don't think he would like the result of us meeting again.

Again, I hope you are unhurt and I thank you for your loyalty.

Dear Daddy,

I am sending you the creche this year. As I have Peleira with me, you do not have to worry about her eating the chocolate, so I have made it out of truffles and sticks of biscuits. I am sure that you will be celebrating Yule with Rodentia in her crypt, as you have been there so very much of late.

Colin and I will be spending our Christmas Eve night and Christmas morning at Dad's house, though I think I should wish to save our presents to each other and the last mistletoe for our own house together.

Oh, and it is lovely, Daddy. Colin and I got out Christmas tree. His name is Cyril and he is already decorated with fireflies and photographs and pipecleaners. I am going to make him a tree kilt. I would like if you and Rodentia would come to our house this week and see it. I am sure that Cyril would like to meet you.

I hope your year is full of all the best things.   I  sure am glad I have you for a brother--but don't tell Ron or the twins I said that. 

I found this a few years ago clinging to a scale on a dragon's belly.  I kept it, not knowing what I'd do with it,  but maybe you can use it to start your new shoppe.  I'm sure it's magical.  And I've had it with me long enough to know it isn't cursed.

I'm off to the US for a week.  Let's get together when I get home.  We can celebrate both our birthdays.

I think that the book Magic Later is Better Than Never by Solar Cotidie would be a good book for the first Book Ribbon. It was published within the last year and has sold well. It is about a witch whose parents were supporters of muggles and refused her admission to Hogwarts, opting for her to receive a full muggle education instead of magical. When she comes of age, she tries to apply to Hogwarts, but they say that it is too late, so she searches for a private tutor. It is a novel. Shall I wait until we receive permission from the author before I look for a performer for the book?

After a meeting I had with your sister today, I know she's after you; I know you have something she wants. I have my suspicions as to what, but if you do not confirm them then I can't tell anyone, so your secret is safe.

I was able to keep Bellatrix talking long enough to piece together a good understanding of what she has planned before she...got playful. I hope this will help you. This potion is to be added to your tea, your food, anything you consume, if it does nothing then it is safe and it will not harm you...or your secret, if it turns red, the item has been tampered with, possibly poisoned.

Should you require any more, contact me before you run out, do not risk consuming something without knowing it is safe. I believe the potion she intends to use will make you compliant and that is not a way anyone should be around her. Although defiance doesn't help much either it seems.
