Community Profile

This is an icon journal shared between elyciel and this_tyranny. It originally belonged solely to elyciel, and this_tyranny recently became her iconizing buddy in October 2005. The only reason it's a community is because it's easier to manage that way - you can join or friend as you wish, but posting access is restricted to the two maintainers. As of now there are no plans to make any friends-only posts, but this might change in the future.

All of elyciel's icons will always be posted here and in takenote_icons. Movie icons will be crossposted to 100x100movies, and icons of other subjects to relevant communities.

1. Please comment when you take an icon, even if the post is an extremely old one. We like to know where our icons are going. We may not always reply, but we do read and appreciate each comment. :)

2. Please credit in keywords. If you don't know how to do so, read this. While we'd prefer it if you credit "aswintermelts", you can also credit "elyciel" or "this_tyranny" (depending on the maker) if you wish.

3. Don't hotlink. This is why.

4. Don't steal, i.e. post our icons somewhere else and claim them as yours. That's just rude. Also, do not post our icons somewhere else without giving notification first, even if you do give due credit.

5. Don't modify the icons without permission. The policy on textless icons is, generally, that they are not bases. You may customise without asking only if we specifically say they're bases.
