asklj! We're one of the oldest un-official help communities on Livejoural -- we're here to help take some of the pressure off the wonderful volunteers in Support and also to help people who don't feel comfortable asking those volunteers until they've tried everything else. (A spirit we commend.)
Almost anything goes in this community if it is related to LJ and is not a customization/style/override issue. If we don't know the answer we will try to point you to people who do. However flaming and personal attacks will not be tolerated, please be polite.
For the record, we, as a community, don't do layouts, nor do we do overrides. We'd rather not be a customization community, there are tons of those out there for that likehowto, layouts, ljdesigners, sohowdoi, etc. Try those. Please keep customization/override questions out of here.
Please however do check the LJ Frequently Asked Questions as soooo many things are already spelled out in there!
And remember - the only stupid question is the question that's not asked.
