| About: | This is a community for various types of artists and various types of persons who either pose for them or otherwise inspire their creativity. Media can include photography, painting, or anything else. Models may be clothed, nude (see age restrictions below), or anything else. A few rules: Discussion should stay somewhat on-topic - relating to the artist/model/muse relationship or similar creative topics. I welcome images and the discussion of them, but please try to relate the discussion towards the subject of the community. This is not a "here's my pics" / "oooh - those are nice pics" community. There are plenty of places on LJ for that. This is also not a place to hit on people. We all like looking at sexy (and hopefully artfully rendered) people in varying degrees of undress, but let's try and keep the discussion about the creative process and not about the desire to get into someone's pants, ok? Members are encouraged to discuss the creative process that occurs between artists and their models, and/or the process of inspiration and collaboration that occurs between artist and model, or artist and muse. Members are free to post whatever images they feel appropriate. For large or multiple image posts, please be courteous and use the lj-cut tag. If you're unsure how to do this, look here, or ask the moderator, pixture, or someone in the community. Discussion is encouraged. Constructive criticism is encouraged. Flaming and insulting gets you banned. Constructive criticism is defined as that which offers positive suggestions on improving something, as opposed to "That sux". I want people to feel like they can have lively discussions, but keep it civil, please. You are welcome to post images you created, images of yourself created by others, or even images you have nothing to do with but find inspiring. You are encouraged to give artist credit and/or model credit where appropriate. READ THIS: When posting any form of nudity or engaging in any sort of adult discussion, both the artist and the model MUST be at least 18 years of old. By posting any nude images or engaging in any discussion regarding anything adult in nature, you certify that you and any persons depicted or described are at least 18 years old. If I find out otherwise, you will be banned immediately. The community maintainer reserves the right to edit or remove content she deems inappropriate, off-topic, insulting, or unnecessarily rude. I will (and have) delete any post that's just a "here, look at me" post that has nothing to do with the topic at hand. Don't like it? Sorry - go elsewhere. | |
