ROUND ONE


Welcome to the first round of the 3rd ever ART FIGHT!


RULES FOR VOTING

1. Only ONE vote per person, per battle.

2. Vote for your favorite fighter in EACH battle running.

3. Anyone can vote and you may vote anonymously if you choose.

4. You are encouraged to not only vote, but also comment on how you think a battle will go down, cheer on your fighter, jeer others! Just please keep it clean and fun. Obvious rudeness will not be tolerated.

5. No foul language.


Battles resulting in a tie will have a winner drawn randomly.

Voting will run for THREE DAYS. Any votes places after Thursday, September 27th will not be counted.

Petro comes from a religious, tribal, voodoo society where monsters such as the Be'Thaka Queen look like kittens!

Battle four: Batcat and Mobile Shark
Batcat and mobile shark are not only cute, but are a surprisingly good team as well! :3

Solus has agility and dexterity that the samurai can't match.

Battle six: Knife-Smile Chases Dragons
What will a kid, who thinks this is just a game (oh how he is wrong D:), do against a firey hell beast that looks a little like Ifrit from FFX that makes dragons cry home to mummy?

Aaaaaaaaw yeaaaaaaaah! ART FIGHT!! Round 1! Let's get started!

Battle 1: Oh man, not a hard choice. Screaming demon versus cleaver bearing woman. Gonna have to give this one to the demon Kyshar. Looks like he's covered in some kind of dermal plates, and that's definately gonna help against sharp objects.

Battle 3: Hmm...an interesting bout. I think I'm going to call that one for Petro. He looks like he's used to crawling through the wild, slaying creatures with those crude instruments of his. That Be'thaka is going down.

Battle 4: Ohh, tough one! While I really dig the dynamic animal duo, I gotta go with Peter "The Baron" Von Straus. Look at that guy! He's equiped and ready for just about anything! That adventuring hero looks like he can take the fearsome twosome.

Battle 5: This is an interesting pair! Still, the creature lover in me has to go with Solus. That critter looks like he's ready to tear anything apart. And with a slender, deadly body like that, I believe he can do it!

Battle 6: Oh man, not even close! That beast Knife-smile Chases Dragons is gonna own that battle. Poor Chishio didn't stand a chance.

Battle 8: What an awesome pair! I'm calling it for Luciferous, though. Knuckles is huge, but Luciferous is a cat. A DEMON cat, at that. Anyone who's ever encountered an angry cat should know why a huge headless guy like Knuckles dosen't stand a chance.

Whoo! Awesome round! I can't wait to see how this fight goes! :D

Knife goes in the Eye....Socket!

Battle four: Batcat and Mobile Shark
Hahahahaha! Come on, it's probably got a frikin' lazerbeam on it's head.

Battle five: Solus
Solus is one dragon removed from the Samurai's honorable trophy wall.


Battle six: Knife-Smile Chases Dragons
If it chases dragons, I'd imagine killing that child would be an unnoticable feat.


Battle eight: Luciferous
I'm sure that's just a first form :)

Battle One : Debbie - the other one looks really similar to DeFrag from the last fight....plus I think Debbie is more creepy.

Battle Three : Petro - the opponent looks too much like a big blob of bubblegum.

Battle Four : Batcat & the Mobile Shark - No contest. Sorry Mr. Von Straus.

Battle Five : Solus - So awesome!

Battle Six : Knife-Smile Chases Dragon - I didn't really like either of these fighters but Knife-Smile seemed like he would have some more street cred.

Battle Eight : Luciferous - I chose him because in regards to the rules of survival of the fittest, there isn't much you can do without a head...sorry Knuckles.

** Why weren't Battle 2's fighter and Battle 7's fighter matched up together?? That would of been cool.... **

Wait, Kyshar looks like Defrag from the last round? They look pretty different to me. The only similarity I see is the color of the skin and the wings. And maybe the green tongue, but having a green tongue isn't really all that distinct these days...

Fight 1: A flying, armored, demon-monster thing versus a beheading chick with a knife? Going to go with the monster Kyshar

Fight 2:N/A

Fight 3: While I bet that Petro is a more than competent hunter, Bethaka Queen probably eat his soul Bethaka Queen

Fight 4: A cartoon cat and shark car vs. mad scientist kid. While I am sure that the car and cat are formidable, I just don't see them taking out the mad scientist. Peter "The Baron" von Straus

Fight 5: Samurai vs Demon Dog. If I could see what the samurai was fighting with, it might change the outcome. Going to go with Solus

Fight 6: Not quite sure what either of these things are, but I think the monster has the upper hand, Knife-Smiles Chases Dragons

Fight 7: N/A

Fight 8: As cute as that little devil cat is, I just don't see it taking down those giant arms. Knuckles

1. This was tough, because I do love me some murdering psychopaths, but human demon vs. real demon? Sorry, no contest. Kyshar.

2. Another werewolf! Yeah, baby! Too bad the opponent dropped out...

3. Petro is totally from a shamanic culture, baby; he knows how to deal with Weird Shit of that nature.

4. ... Cannot resist the pure awesome of the SHARKMOBILE. -I-

5. Samurai vs. Demonic Alien? This could go a lot of ways, but without evidence of supernatural/superhuman ability on the samurai's part, Solus wins. Though I really dig the sleek pencilling on the samurai too; I wanted to submit a shaded piece but took the 'color' thing literally. Glad other people enjoy the graphite-shading thing! :D But the sleek linework and those sweet little clawed toes on Solus won me over.

6. Enraged werewolf in nine-foot-screaming-death form, with flaming klaive and some kind of wind- or other spirit ally, versus ... some random dude. Yyeah, no question here.

7. Can't wait to see who wins against this thing! XD

8. Okay, this is really difficult. Part of me says Knuckles would just grab and squish that little thing, but another part of me counters with images of ... burrowing. Hmmm ... This is really tough, but I'm going with Knuckles, because his idea is more ... creative, I guess. I dig both, though!

Round 1- Although Kyshar looks pretty tough...you know what they say...hell hath no fury like a woman scorned (speaking from past experience too!). Verdict: Debbie

Round 2-

Round 3- Petro's rusty knives, will cut right through Bethaka Queen like butter. Then he'll steal her diamond to boot! Verdict: Petro

Round 4- Size matters in this case...Mobile Shark's cannon versus Baron's pistol. Batcat looks to be able to do some damage as well. Verdict: Batcat and Mobile Shark

Round 5- Samurai Kira looks cool, but seems to already have given up and isn't ready for battle...just another page in history. Verdict: Solus

Round 6- No contest here...From what I can tell Chishio appears to have wet himself in sheer terror. Verdict: Knife-Smile Chases Dragons

Round 7-

Round 8- One punch from Knuckles and Luciferous will be out for the count. Problem is...he'll never know where to swing. Shame. Verdict: Luciferous

1. Definetly Kyashar. Debbie is cute but doesn't have claws or wings.

3. Petro. Those tentacles don't look very dangerous.

4. Batcat and Mobileshark. They don't look very dangerous but what a novel concept to put wheels on a shark. And Batcat is just adorable with his little cape.

5. Solus. I'm sick to death of samurais. Sorry.

6. Knife smile looks awesome, he'd tear that kid apart.

8. Sure Knuckles has big hands but a lot of good they are with no head. Luciferous on the other hand just looks crazy, kitty would eat Knuckles for breakfast.

HUWHELL. Doesn't everyone look dangerous this evening.

1:Oh, Debbie, Debbie, Debbie. There's just something about a woman with a meat cleaver that I just can't say no to.
2: FIDO. Look at you! You scared your opponent away right off the bat! NICELY DONE, FUZZFACE.
3: I'm gonna have to go with Petro on this... I mean, Bethaka is pretty awesome, but m'lady queen doesn't look very agile, I'm afraid. Petro looks like he could stab circles around her.
4: Aw, man. As much as I love cats in disguise and mobile marine life, I'm gonna have to go with Peter 'The Baron' von Straus, here. He's simply too awesome with his one man arsenal.
5: A samurai and a demon? HODAMN. This is a tough one... But, I guess samurai hold a softer spot in my heart than demons do. Samurai Kira gets my vote!!
6: KNIFE-SMILE CHASES DRAGONS. When you are a man-wolf-beast, the longer your name is only means how much more badass you are than the other man. You are a testament to this fact.
7: EDDIE. I don't think it's fair that just because you don't have an opponent either, no one makes comments. You are one badass demon insect hydra... thing. You're so scary I don't even know what to call you. AMAZING!
8: Hm. A small demonic cat, or a hulking green titan with hands that certainly don't look like they were meant to pet anything. Knuckles gets my vote on this one! I would like to know where his head went, though.

His opponent has clearly already wet him/her self and run away.
3. Bethaka Queen
Knife and spear vs. unholy abomination from beyond the stars? Come on!
4. Batcat/Shark
This was a close one, I think the Baron has more agility and maneuverability, but in terms of teamwork and raw power, the Duo has it.
5. Solus
Katanas? We don't need no stinking katanas!
6. Knife smile chases unprepared kids to the grave.
7. Eddie.
Has clearly already killed his opponent before we got chance to vote. Impressive.
8. Knuckles
I reckon this guy has some extra-sensory shism going on, like blindsense or blindsight or something. He knows where that cat is and he will pound it into the floor.

Chic walks on blood, man. ON BLOOD! Tell me that ain't insult to injury.

Battle three: Petro:
Dude's got voodoo, dude. Even if the alien thingie won the battle, it'd be cursed with Petro's Revenge for eternity.

Battle four: BatCat and Mobile Shark
I was gonna for vote Peter, cause he had a gun and a well aimed shot would take down the duo...but then I realized Mobile Shark also has a gun and thought "Well, now what contest is that?"

Battle five: Solus
Puppy! -hugs...promptly has face torn off-

Battle six: Chisoio Douteki
Because kid looks like a classic anime hero...and we all know the hero always wins.

Battle eight: DRAW
Kitty attempts a classic "DEATH FROM ABOVE!" manuver, only to become lodged into the Headless Hulk's...headless torso. Luciferous, unable to move, and Knuckles, unable to hurt the cat without also hurting itself, are escorted off the field for medical attention.
