Obould, the new Entreri?
It has been debated in the RAS forums if the Chosen of Gruumsh is really the new nemesis of Drizzt. Has the Orc replaced the tension the assassin gave to previous books? Please write your thoughts about this.

Don't say that! Never again!
No but wake up, he is not going to replace Entreri! He misses the stature, he misses the class, he misses the charisma, he misses the charm...
Some common sense: it is an orc! An ugliness, a monster! Drizzt needs a Nemesis who looks like him at least; the role of this one is to send back to him a reflection in a mirror, what he could have become, his dark side, all his defects carried in one inaccessible highlight. The "villain" looks like him a lot in fact... Do you find some kind of resemblance between Obould and Drizzt?
Maybe Obould could be a good villain, but certainly not one like Entreri. Yes, I admit, I'm a stubborn fangirl, but the tension who existed between Drizzt and Artemis was so perfect, hard, deep and harsh... The drow won't obtain such a perfection, he can't do that with an orc... Just because he would have killed Innovindil's companion.
That's why I hope Entreri will find Drizzt again, and that the fight will continue. The world's balance works like that.
