Hey, I'm just wondering if this thing is going to be getting off the ground or if it's exploded on the launch pad, killing all the astronauts on board?

The rules have been slightly amended. Nothing serious, nothing that changes anything really. The two changes are:
1. Specifically stating that 3D art is allowed (it was a bit unclear before); and
2. Expanding the 'tutorial' allowance to say that posting a particularly good bit of your own work so that the rest of us may admire it is okay. Please don't attempt to abuse this to post everything you create here, though.

Welcome, welcome, welcome!
You are no doubt super-mega excited to make with the joining of the greatest, single art community on Livejournal – possibly in the world! Ahem – that’s us.
