Someone at work found this book and gave it to me. I thought people here might enjoy this.
The book is from 1914 and there is an inscription in it from 1918. I cannot wait to read about vintage beauty secrets!!!

Приветствую!
Рекомендуйте, пожалуйста, художника, у которого можно заказать
серию иллюстраций (4 или 6 в зависимости от размера)стилизованных под арт-деко для украшение элитного интерьера в этом же стиле.
Упрощенные формы и броские силуэты; восточные, египетские мотивы; абстрактные упрощенные формы, заимствованные из авангарда, футуризма; геометрические узоры, цветные изображения с прямыми линиями, шевроны и молнии, зигзагообразные рисунки...
Сюжеты обсуждаются, но желательно не люди...животные, лайнеры, растения, может и архитектура. Хотя, думаю, и людей можно показать.
Хотят видеть что-то подобное или близкое в портфолио.
Возможно, есть готовая серия, которую можно купить.

This is so weird....
I’ve been nominated as Great British Eccentric of the Year 2009 (I think it’s odd, but I accept the nomination….I shall probably lose out to some group or fan club or clique).
So, I really would appreciate it if you could get everyone you know to vote for me.
I’ve never considered myself an eccentric (the mere approaching me to accept a nomination is an act of extreme eccentricity in itself!) but I just wonder who conjured up my name in the first place!
But if you could get them to vote (in the top right-hand corner) for Ray Frensham, that would be great!. Thank you.
