Three backgrounds tonight, cause I haven't updated in forevah, and school/life is kicking my butt.

All three are my size, (1024x1280) but can either be shrunk down or resized if anyone needs for me too.

Drabble
Title: Eleven
For the hpgw_otp number challenge.
Rating: Might be considered to have HBP spoilers. Fluffy Mcfluff Flufferkins.

Eleven.

Ginny doesn't even know it, doesn't even realize it, but there are exactly eleven freckles that start under the gold fleck in her left eye and continue across her nose and end outside the corner of her right.

I noticed the first two in the darkest of places, the Chamber of Secrets. Between killing a basilisk and defeating Voldemort, I didn't stop to wonder why I noticed them in the first place, only realizing that I did.

The next three happened, I like to think, over the summer and into my third year. I was so elated at the discovery of my godfather, that someone, somewhere, thought I was worth something, I didn't notice them until the train ride home that June.

Fourth year I was honestly wrapped up in Cho, but I didn't fail to miss the sixth one, right on the left side of her nose. She was sitting by the common room fire that night, I think. She blushed when I met her eyes.

During fifth year seven, eight, nine, and ten made their appearance. They form a fragile constellation under her left eye, a trail down and across her cheek.

And sixth year, number eleven. It made its debut in one of my favorite memories-a lunch hour spent by the lake, doing less talking and more ...interesting things with our mouths.

She doesn't know that as I watch her sleep, I count these eleven freckles over and over and over again, until the swelling in my chest is too much to take. The light, fluttering ache overpowers me.

And she wonders why I kiss her every morning to wake her up.
