Haiku
I have to get this out of my brain and onto the web. I figure this is a relatively sane place to stick it...

And really bad eggs
Drink up me 'arties, yo ho
(Cue "He's a Pirate")

And thirdly, the Code
Is more what you'd call "guidelines"
Than actual rules

Dead men tell no tales
Awk! Any port in a storm
Shiver me timbers

Twenty-five. And I'll
Buy you the hat, a really
Big one. Commodore.

(A 5-7-5-7-7 is called a Tanka)

When you marooned me
On that godforsaken spit
Of land, you forgot
One very important thing,
Mate. I'm Captain Jack Sparrow

Of the two of us
I am the only one who
Hasn't committed
Mutiny; therefore, my word
Is the one we'll be trusting

Arr, I could do this
All afternoon, but I should
Really get some sleep

Those are awesome! I wonder if they did any of that on purpose?

Heh, I really doubt it. Basically it just started with me sitting there thinking about the cadence of the ending of the movie, and noting that it fit the haiku pattern. Then I started looking through the script and seeing what else did... By far most of the quotable lines totally fail to make any kind of haiku. Sadly.
