I really hope this is allowed, if not please removed this post. ^^;; Basically, I noticed that on Norrington's Wiki page, there's a mention in there about an interview with Jerry Bruckheimer, in which Bruckheimer mentioned that they had not planned to put him in DMC, but did so because (if part) of audience reaction to the character. I was wondering, does anyone have this interview, or no where I could find it? I would be really, really grateful for any help! :) (walk the plank)

Those of you who have been members of the Black Pearl Sails Yahoo Group are already familiar with some of the wonderful PotC artwork ladymouse2 has produced for us for the last four years, but now, for the first time, she has given us permission to host all her Pirates illustration art and cartoons at Black Pearl Tales, the archive website for Black Pearl Sails and Black Pearl Library. I am just thrilled that so many more of you will be able to see and enjoy her work! Her latest piece is an illustration for florencia7's recent drabble, Marred Elegance (one of her series of stories that features Jack, Elizabeth, and their son, Blaxton) and holy cats, it's adorable! 2:11 pm [veronica_rich]	Podcasts I don't think anybody's brought up this topic here, so I will. Podcasts, aka read-aloud "dramas" sort of like books on tape of fanfic: Love 'em? Hate 'em? Why? Specifically, two things about POTC and podcasts. First of all, does anybody have a good site where such things can be found and downloaded or listened to directly? If so, please feel free to provide the URL in the comments. Second thing: Do we have members who have read podcasts? Had a podcast made from their story? Anyone who has the equipment/means to do a podcast who would like to do a particular story? Anyone who'd like to see their story turned into a podcast? (Hell, maybe there's even a community out there FOR podcast request exchanges?) I thought this might be a good chance for those people to meet up in POTC fandom, as well. 11:39 am [kc_risenphoenix]	Pirate-ie Anniversary Request! This probably isn’t’ the right place to post this, but I don’t know where else to go! Let me know of a better community, because I don’t want to piss people off... Okay, this weekend is our eight year anniversary! HURRAY! Amazing! I can hardly believe it. And even though he is stubborn and we are so different, I couldn’t be much happier. And of course we are going to the convention we met at. And had our commitment ceremony three years ago. Three years? WOW! And we are going to have a room party again to help celebrate the anniversary. The theme for the convention this year is pirates! So our theme will be “Cabin Boys; Pirates Need Loving Too!” So I am trying to find fun sexy pictures of pirates. Can anyone point me to some? I have a few under the cut. Where the hell are all of them!? I google sexy pirates and all I get is women! Help me out? NO picture too nasty or naughty!! And pirate songs if you have them! The rest of the post and sexy pseudo not work safe pictures under cut...

10:44 pm [tygrestick]	Looking for a fic... Hi! I'm sorry if this isn't ok- I haven't been able to find a potc ficfinder com, so I'm not sure how to go about looking! I'm looking for a fic that was posted a long time ago- two or three years at the very least. It was Groves/Jack, and it started with Jack and Anamaria in a rowboat after the Pearl had been sunk. Norrington picked him up, and due to the laws etc. he was going to have to hang Jack, but he worked out a plan to make it look like he killed him when in reality he got him over to the other ship.
