Hey guys,
So, I know you all were expecting an update to AAB today, but I have a little surpries/treat for you all. You guys remember Nikki right? She wrote that funny as hell story called Whoever Made Up Betting Is A Fucking Idiot, and then never finished it. Well she's back, but not with the ending to that story. I know, I know, I've complained to her about finishing that damn fic but alas, nothing happens. She finally gave me something though, and this fic here, as she puts it, explains why she has not written anything on the bet. Be sure to read her author's note for an explination. Oh, just to give you guys a heads up, this one's a little different so be sure to read the warning as well.

Hubby left at 3:30 to take the daughter to her acting class. From there, he went to visit his mother who lives close by, then was going back and pick up the child at 6.
I was going to write on my big bang; I was going to update my muse posts at DW; I was ...
Well, the dog and I played in the hose. I ran the dishwasher. I put the roast in the oven half an hour ago. I scanned a piece of music for our praise team and uploaded it and the companion mp3 file.
*yawn*
Yeah, that was it.

GOING TO MYTRLE BEACH IN AUG. GOD I NEED A VACATION. LOL.

I was on the local news tonight!! Any Floridians on my flsit- watch Bay News 9 and at the top of the hour you'll see my dance studio and ME!! They showed a clip of my solo from our MJ tribute video!! COOLIOS!!
In other news- I got hit on at school today. Pretty cute guy, he's one of those "i'm white but i kinda think im black" guys, but he speaks well at least lol. He's a DJ, which is cool cause as a hiphop dancer we have that music in common, and it just so happens that he DJ's for a local performer, Ryan Kendrick, who my buddies Shoulin and MJ choreograph for. Coincident?

So, remember the V.I that I posted about yesterday?
He just stopped by and we had a little chat. It all boiled down to me telling him that he should have told me right away when he cut a wire so that I could have dealt with it before the holiday weekend (and triple the repair rates). I told him again how miserable it had been without air conditioning for the past three days.
He replied.
Wait for it.
Really, it's worth it.
"That was your air conditioning? I thought it was the phone line."
Seriously, you can't make up stuff like this.

After church he went to his and his partner's storage unit and brought us their portable a/c unit. When the power is out after hurricanes, they use it with their generator. When he set it up in the living room, the thermostat read 91F.
It's already a lot more bearable than it was an hour ago.
