There has been a lot of talk, well outcry to be precise, ever since LTP decided to run for president again. A lot of people were stunned and outraged that he had the nerve, dared to return to politics without atoning for his deadly sins in front of the much suffered people. Assuming this is a valid idea, perhaps it would be fair to expect similar acts of bravery to be committed by other fine candidates?

Perhaps, Vahan Hovhannisian should atone for subversive activities and plotting a coup in the 90s? Perhaps he and Arthur Baghdasarian should atone for their genetically modified hybrid - "opposition in coalition"?

Perhaps, that Karapetian guy (can't remember his name) should atone for holding on to a broadcasting frequency for so many years and polluting the air with his  Castro-esque endless, stupid and boring speeches?

Perhaps, Artashes Geghamian should atone for staying in politics for so many years despite being an abject failure and annoying everyone with the never-ending "is he or is he not in bed with Serj" speculations?

Perhpas, Serj Sarkisian should atone for the Armenicum fiasco and his gambling addiction, for participation in February 1998 coup and failure to prevent  271099?

I am thrilled to find out whether any of the above will ever happen.
