AboutWelcome to Rainy Monday, a small corner of the web where ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} missdeep, solidor, rewritten and soifon blog about anime/manga/video game/etc. shrines that have grabbed their attention. With the number of truly rewarding web works slowly declining, Rainy Monday was created to recognize sites which contribute something valuable and unique to the online community. This journal is not about criticizing or singling out people in an elitist fashion. It is about fabulous web work being recognized. Shrines that get blogged about are the whole package- well designed, informative and highly enjoyable. Visitors are welcome to suggest links in comments however, this is not a web page review system and ultimately it is down to the owners which shrines they write about. All web site owners whose shrines are linked here will be contacted and provided with a shiny little banner. This allows people to know that the shrine they've visiting is of a decidedly high-standard. Or something. Hey look, shiny!
