No infringement or whatnot is intended. :) General Disclaimer: The moderators at this community reserve the right to make changes to the rules and reject posts which they feel do not belong here, even if they are technically not "against the rules." The rules are simple. So here they are. The Rules 1. Posting Images Don't know how to post a pic? I like Photobucket, but there is also Image Shack. Upload the pic to one of those sites (or your LJ Scrapbook), and go here for further help. Also, if you are posting more than one pic, the pic is more than 500 pixels, or the entry is long, place it behind an lj-cut tag. This is to spare the comm page and everyone's f-lists. :) 2. We'll pretty much approve anyone with a Live Journal account for membership. However, we'll feel more inclined to do so if you e-mail us at arfansmod@gmail.com. It's not necessary, though. Also, once you've been around a while and have shown that you can be trusted, we'll have no problem making you an unmoderated member. 3. This is an adult community. Explicit content is allowed, but please place it behind an lj-cut tag and give proper warnings. We don't want anyone getting in trouble at work. ;) 4. Please ask first before advertising for another community or website. We don't mind at all, but we'd like to be warned ahead of time. Your entry will likely be deleted if you haven't asked first. Also, if you'd like your comm to be affiliated with this one, just e-mail us at arfansmod@gmail.com, and we'll have no problem doing that! :) That's also the same address to send any advertising requests to. 5. There will be NO posting of disturbing images allowed and NO flaming. All flames and inappropriate posts and comments WILL be deleted and the offender reported, if necessary. You will get three warnings. After your third, you will be banned. Period. This is a comm for mature Alan fans. Of course, that's not to say that fangirl squeeing isn't allowed... ;-) 6. Talk about Alan all you want. Talk about his movies, plays, whatever you like. Post pics, share icons, let us know if you hear anything about him. Whatever you want! However, no off-topic posting. Any non-AR-related posts that come into the queue will be deleted. Sorry. We're here to drool over Alan. :D 7. Try to include a pic (of Alan Rickman) in every post. However, if you just want to hop on and post a link to an article or an interview of Alan, please feel free to share! We love to keep tabs on Teh Man. ;) ADDENDUM: Posts about Alan Rickman (i.e. interviews, questions/discussions about his works) don't have to have a pic. However, if it's an introduction post (i.e. Hi, I'm new to this comm...) without a pic, it may get deleted. 8. Try to provide credit for pics and icons. I know most pics are just sorta out there on the 'net, and I'm not worried about those pics, but if you happen to know who made the screen caps or the icon(s) you are posting, please let us know! :) 9. Fanfiction and fan art regarding Mr. Rickman's fictional characters are welcome here. There are sub-rules, however, on fan fiction: So, we hope we haven't scared you all. We're actually really nice, I promise. And we don't bite... hard. ;) Please feel free to begin discussing and sharing pics! I'm sure we'll have a blast! :D Oh!
