shoulda colored this red, on second thought. This is the car driven by Johnny Depp (and Hunter S. Thompson, technically) in Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. It is actually also an Impala, but it's a 1971 convertible, not a hardtop like the one driven by Dean.

...of awesome! delorian, obv. one disadvantage to drawing with pen is you don't get a second chance if you mess up in the planning stage and forget to leave enough room for the front of the car, heh heh.

I tried to draw the car Sam & Dean drive in Supernatural, but once again I failed at drawing a car from the side. I have some mental block against it. Anyway, this is a similar car, a 1966 2-door Impala.

smartlaine and I watched Vanishing Point, a movie about cars, hippies, Jesus freaks, and Barry Newman, who, as Patrick put it, is 50% Gene Wilder and 50% Dustin Hoffman. Here is a picture of the car he drove, which is a 1970 Dodge Challenger: I tried drawing it from the side but it just wasn't happening. I guess when it comes to cars, I'm all about the butt!

I WILL BE GONE FROM THE 17TH-27TH FOR A WEST COAST ADVENTURE Fortunately, I'm flying, not driving. Unfortunately, don't expect anything in the interim (I'll post one last thing tomorrow morning before I fly out).

This isn't about cake either. SIgh...maybe tomorrow. I made this during last semester. Me carrying more things under my arms. A hobbyhorse and a masonite slab or palette.

I guess I like the idea of animals with extra legs.

In Forza 2, you get to place decals and stuff in crazy ways on your cars, with up to a thousand separate layers. Here's my car done really quickly. Patrick won some races with it! Though stupidly, you can't put stuff on the back of the side-view mirrors.

a still frame from my animation. Outside today on a brick fountain, while the jack hammer dudes kajammed tar dust into the air. The top is the ligthrail, the middle a car, and the bottom a bike.

I've always found cars really ridiculously hard to draw, so I've been working on that. I'm practicing drawing cars for my animation. These are going to be cut out and together with a hundred of their friends, animated in stop motion. Well, maybe not 100.
