the same as last night's post, BUT BETTER

I had a dream last night about the SHARK APOCALYPSE. I was on the beach, minding my own business, when suddenly there were SHARKS EVERYWHERE. Sharks jumped out of the water at me. It was TERRIFYING, like a disaster movie.

But then someone called in the calvary . . . AND SHARK HELICOPTERS SHOWED UP.




They were even cooler in the dream. They weren't fast like you think of normal helicopters. They moved like fish, very slowly, like they were wading through the air. The whole dream was surreal and in slow-mo, like the very opening scene of Apocalypse Now. I mean, SHARKPOCALYPSE NOW.

All that remains is to determine whether this is a SHARKICOPTER or a HELISHARK.

Last week, ocicatsy made me want marzipan REALLY REALLY BADLY.

I watched some of the Sailor Moon S movie with smartlaine this week, and one thing led to another:

So I loves me some Tintin, grew up with an old battered copy of The Secret of the Unicorn at my cottage, and read and reread that sucker (along with It's a Small World by Richard Scarry) soooo many times. WTF and then Wikipedia taught me that the 'cockchafer' is a type of beetle, lest your mind wander into the gutter as mine had.

I was inspired by my awesome sister, who used a hoodie to dress up like Sonic for Halloween! She was super spot-on.

I got stuck doing another registration book cover in t he office. In my summer-tradition of VERSUS, we have an abominable snowman duking it out with a Yeti. I then polled my coworkers and any walk-ins, and the winner was clear...


SNOWMAN WINS, as he is animated through EVIL. Also, you can stab a snowman, and you just hit snow. ANYONE WANT TO ARGUE ABOUT THIS? I didn't think so.
