Hello everyone,
I am new to this community and this is my introduction post.

Although Apocripha/0 isn't out in America, I'm still hoping it will.
I wish I can get the manga and the game, although I don't understand the language.
I have been interested in the art ever since I saw Platina, but I stopped for a while, then got interested again and decided to download the manga and read it, but unfortunately, I only read up to ch.11. I'm still waiting for the scanlation.

ADDED:

I've been thinking it over about this, and I was wondering if anybody can tell me where I can get the Japanese scans of Apocripha/0 manga volume 2 and 3. I can't wait any longer.

[ __++ Hi. I'm new to the community here, new to LJ but not new to A/0. I've been a fan for around 3 years now. I actually don't remember how I got interested. I think I saw it on the BLHQ when I searched up Sukisho or something, anyway I wanted to say hi.

Also, when is Pandora coming out? I'd like to know. If it is... who is Jade's relative?

Also, um, does anyone know what's going on in the manga picture of Seles in that kinda casket thingy? .-.

Manga scanlations

Hello ladies and gents~

I'm currently in the process of reviving the scanlation group Sakura-Crisis, and I'm leaning towards picking up the Apocripha/0 manga from where Desperate-Love left off as a new project for us (as most of our projects have either been licensed, completed by us or other groups, or are currently being completed by other groups).

However, since the group has been dead for over a year, we're low on staff - we only have two Japanese translators and I don't want to overwork either of them. So essentially, the main reason I'm posting here is to see if anyone has the ability to (translators would preferably have at least two years of formal college level classes and a reasonably complete dictionary), and would be willing to come translate the manga for us.

We (myself in particular) would be extremely grateful of any help - you do not have to own the original manga (though it's a great help as you would not have to wait for scans to do the next bit), scans will be provided for you to translate from.

Anyway - If you're willing to help, or know someone who would be, please let me know! :)

(And while I'm on it, we will be doing Azusa Yuhki's new manga, WITCH CRAFT 109, so keep an eye out for it ^_~)

Payment: Paypal only in USD (credit card through paypal, bank transfer or paypal balance), to be paid within 48 hours or items will go to the next person/back on the lot.

Shipping: I will ship worldwide. If you live within the US, shipping on will be $4.60 (flat-rate priority), if you are outside the US, please leave your country/postal code so I can adjust your shipping cost - flat rate priority will run you about $16 (far too much if you are paying for one book, sadly, so I will not be offering this method unless you really want it there ASAP). Packages going out of the US will be mailed international first-class. I am currently lacking in inspiration like nothing on earth. Therefore, instant inspiration- in the form of you, all you wonderful people who read this journal and put up with me.

So, put simply- Give me ficlet (probably not over 1000 words, definitely not over 2000) challenges, if you please. My fandoms are as follows:

Apocripha/0 Manga Scanlations Dropped

Bugger. Bugger, damn, and merde. Or, if you prefer Shakespearean English: Oh cross, oh spite, oh hell.

The site 'Desperate Love' has dropped the A/0 manga scanlations (the group is closing).

*Waits for the screams of anguish to die down*

Now, to some of you, this may not seem a big deal. 'Oh well', you say 'never much liked the manga anyway'. But for those of us who are currently suffering through a not-so-minor obsession with A/0, this is cause for full-out Ancient Egyptian mourning rites. Or, at the very least, sniffling in a pathetic manner at our computer screens.

Just thought you'd like to know.

I own a copy of Apocripha/0 (the Alex disc) and have played it a couple of times in Japanese without understand much of it (I know a word or phrase here and there). It's difficult to get through the story that way, though...

Does anyone know if there is a patch or tool that can translate the text to English during gameplay?

One of the woes of being an art student in three disciplines ~~and having to spend the monies you had set aside to pay for your supplies on text books for your academic classes because financial aid is dicking you over~~ is that you need supplies. Lots of them. And monies with which to purchase said supplies. Today I was looking back at all my incomplete A/0 fics folder ~~(I swear one day I will finish them.)~~, I found this.

This was a piece written by my Hong Kong friend Rain back in 2004, and I was given permission to translate it. This entry is a half-beta'ed version with 'better' word choices. There is no ending to the diary, but it is no longer an ongoing piece.

I don't know if anyone's heard of this game before, it's not exactly apocripha itself but it's drawn by the same artist and today...while leafing through my copy of Playstation Girl's style when my eyes spotted this page and my head immediately shouted...

ToT Seeing as the community is dead and I want to write fanfiction for these, I decided to blow life in the community by the notification of a Blog Crew.

I REALIZE there is already one out there, mind you. However, all of the characters are taken and I can imagine more people like me who wanted to join, but couldn't.

Carrol Characterisation

First off, I have a confession to make:

I have never played the game of Apocripha/0.

I have to wait half a year until I even have a chance of getting it, for either my birthday or Yule. Which is qrethced, but I am feeding my addiction by reading fanfics, reading scripts, looking at fanart, and reading pages and pages of Japanese text, wondering what the hell it all means. *Knows how to construct some simply sentences in Japanese, but is still on first grade kanji*.

Therefore, as I am fast becoming a rabid fan, I have characterisation issues to ask about, namely those of Carrol *insane squee*.

Ahem. Hem hem. *Cough*

I have read the (tranlated) first volume of the manga, but his characterisation there seems to clash with that of the game. Can anyone please tell me how Carrol acts and whatnot? It would be deeply appreciated, especially as I am trying to qrite a fanfic with him in, (Platina x Carrol), and am headdesking myself into an early grave trying to figure out how he would act.

Hi i'm new here, and I really love Apocripha, although i've never played but want to. I've always thought it has beautiful artwork in it, and the characters are gorgeous. But then again i've never played a boys love game, I love to go online and look up boys love games but I've never played any ^^!. My system isn't set up for boys love games, too bad. anyway I was wondering if someone is nice enough, and has the game, to please(if you can) allow me to download the full CG's form the game. I will be so grateful ^_^. Anyway I hope to make friends here.

Instead of plotbunnies, I'll just name them Bunnies of teh Stuff. xD; Because it's not really plot. -_-

Anyhow. I've been playing with the idea of starting up an Apocripha/0 RP community, and/or an Apo LJ Logs. Which is basically just a gathering of logs by people, who roleplay their respective Apo character as if they had their own LJ.
Yes, I know, it's totally unbelieveable in the Apo setting, but it's still fun. XDDD;

Any thoughts? BAD idea? Enthusiasts?

Editedit: Maybe it's better to do LJ logs, and have the RP thing seperate from it? That way, more people get a chance to be their favourite character/the obligation feeling would be less... but this may cause confusion. -_-
