| About: | 'You may call me Aphrael, although I'm occasionally known as Flute or Danae. Welcome to my island! I absolutely love to be held and kissed regularly and trust that everyone will be nice to each other here. My island is open to all, so arm yourself with knowledge of all David and Leigh Eddings's worlds. I advise you not to insult my lovely white animals though, or I shall be very cross. And do visit ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} dweiaschildren for a general discussion of anything Eddings!'Aphrael, Child Goddess of Styricum and darling of most of the known world, is bored. She wants to know how much attention you've been paying, so she's roped in a couple of her friends, and is setting you a challenge. You think you know Eddings? In, out, upside down and in Old Angarak too? Prove it. Each week, Aphrael, aided and abetted by Aunt Pol (Jez) and Silk (Weij) will set you a question based on Eddings. The Child Goddess is an ecumenical sort, so she's setting questions from Belgariad, Mallorean, Elenium, Tamuli and The Redemption of Althalus, but not The Dreamers, cos even she doesn't know how that turns out, and not David and Leigh's mainstream fiction, as she doesn't believe in reality. Since Pol and Silk are keeping her in check, our darling Flute has agreed to place all questions behind cuts, and indicate from which book series the lastest teaser comes. Then, if you haven't read that particular series ('Why not?' - Flute) you won't be bombarded with spoilers. To keep everything organised, Pol and Silk have their own post where you can ask questions. She may just reply with 'Yes, dear' but she always listens. We advise you not to take his advice unless you're very good at getting out of sticky situations.
