This isn't just a place to share tactics so that we don't have to reinvent the wheel everyday, although this is certainly a forum that will welcome those discussions. This is also a place for individuals to recharge and become motivated while motivating others. If we don't take the time to recharge our batteries (and those of others doing good work) we might get burnt out...it happens so easily, and the work is difficult.
