Will marijuana really make you shoot your best friend, run over a girl with an over-sized helmet, and lead to date rape? Probably not.

Should we really worry about second-hand smoke as much as the anti-smoking advertisments say we should? Not really.

Is ecstasy really as deadly as shown on TV? Not exactly.

If you buy drugs, are you supporting terrorism? Doubtful.

Fed up with the DEA telling you what to do? Tired of the blatant stupidity pumped through anti-drug and anti-smoking advertisements? Think our law enforcement against drugs is getting rediculous? Well then you have come to the right place.

This community is dedicated to ranting and debating against anti-drug campaigns and laws in America. Feel free to point out just how fucked up our government has become with its modern day prohibition.

The LiveJournal Abuse Team has been working hard lately to stomp out all the pro-drug communities, so here are a few things I do not want to see here:

• Don't traffic drugs here (asking for drugs, selling drugs, etc.).
• Don't ask/instruct on to pass a drug test or evade detection.
• Don't ask/instruct on how to transport drugs.
• Don't ask/instruct on how to do drugs.
• Don't ask/instruct on how to manufacture drugs.
• Don't post URLs that supply drugs (legal or not).

ANY ATTEMPT TO TRAFFIC DRUGS WILL RESULT IN BEING BANNED. Don't do it. Other than the basics, here are a few other things I would prefer you refrain from doing here:

• No off-the-topic posts. If you're not sure what is on the topic, scroll up and examine the contents of this user info. You'll get it eventually.
• No asking for advice about drugs.
• No pictures of your collections of drugs, you and/or your friends being high, or anything else not related to this community.
• No ramblings about your trips or about how stoned you are right now.
• No posting extremely large pictures without an lj-cut.
• No drama. Be kind.

If you really feel the need to do any of the above, there are some communities posted below that would be perfect for you.

EXTENSION: Promoting of other communites here is acceptable if and only if 1.) it is a drug related community, 2.) it is not a rating community, 3.) the community does not explicitly promote irresponsible drug usage, 4.) does not have an obnoxious banner, and 5.) has not already been promoted here. Points "3" and "4" are subjective to the moderators and their decision is final.
