I just discovered two photographs in colour I had not seen before, so maybe some others in this community haven't seen them yet either. They were taken by a photographer called John Peri when he was a student.

Here are the two links:

Hello everyone!

I'm new here, but not new in loving Tony. :D I saw Psycho first in the university's cinema, and adore it since then. Still incredible: how can be such a cute and hot guy - a murderer? *huggles Tony*

Not long ago I saw Les Mis with him (I collect Les Mis movies) and it was awesome, better said, HE was awesome. So book-like, so honest, so strict, and... hot. And those gazes, my God. The way he looked at Valjean cried for an R rating.

For those who haven't seen it, a good person uploaded the whole movie to youtube. It has a lot of extra Toulon scenes, the funeral scene and awww. Plus it has Gollum Fantine.

How can be the cold, heartless servant of the law(r) that hot? :D

Here it is. Enjoy.

The only thing I don't like is his laughable fake fall at the end...

Hi everyone,

One of my absolute favourite images of Tony is this one ---> in between filming

I adore candid, non-posed photography. But I just can't seem to find a better version of this image - I would love to have a big, high-res (if possible) copy of it. If ANYONE can help me out I can't express how grateful I would be! :)

I've just bought a copy of his biography "A Haunted Life" by Ronald Bergan and was also wondering if anyone else here had read it. For a long time I was hesitant about buying it because it seems to focus very heavily on Norman Bates and not his other work, but I have read Split Image inside out and wanted to give it a try. Please let me know your thoughts on it!

Hey everyone!

I'm new here.  I first saw Tony in Psycho when I was about five. I thought he was totally *dreamy* lol. But I never thought that much about him until I saw Psycho again about 6 months ago, and well, I'm hooked. ^_^ He's such a beautiful man...*sigh* Pity they don't make 'em like him anymore...:D

Anyway, I just thought I'd say hi and hope to meet a lot of cool people here!

Gaby xx

I capped The Trial for [info]film_stills and figured this community would enjoy seeing the footage I took of Anthony. I have the Studio Canal DVD so the picture quality is very good.

Hey everyone, I've made the decision to pass on some of my Anthony Perkins collection - I am intending to put all of these up on eBay next week but I thought I'd ask here first to see if anyone is interested :) These movies will be ingrained in my memory forever so I'd like to pass them on to other fans who haven't seen them. I did a LOT of searching for some of them (pre-eBay days for me), and I wanted to give you all first chance to pick them up at a bargain price.

Pretty Poison, £4
One of my personal favourites and a great cult film.
SPECIAL FEATURES: Director's commentary, deleted scene script & commentary, gallery of promotional images and artwork.

Lovin' Molly, £3
Very underappreciated and touching film! 'Special feature' is a trailer.

Desire Under The Elms, £4
This is a hot, hot, movie and one of Tony's better works, alongside the stunning Sophia Loren.

In The Deep Woods, £3
His very last film appearance, very sad for that, but a decent crime thriller.

Les Miserables, £4
Another favourite - Tony plays Javert brilliantly and the costumes are great. (Also: non musical version thank God)

The Black Hole, Gee, I guess I'd feel bad taking any more than £2 for this one, haha!
If you like bad sci-fi then this is your thing!

-

Please note that all of these are Region 2 discs, and I will only be accepting PayPal. Cost of postage & packaging within the UK is £2 but I'll have to give you a new quote depending on where you are and if you're wanting more than one (but it usually isn't a lot more). Any other questions please let me know!

Hi everyone!

Wow i havent been on here for ages, especially since I used to be known as [info]llaughalot168; and was a regular on here a while back.

Anyway, I was just on the myspace of Charles Winecoff, who wrote the biogrophy of Tony, and apparently there going to be turning the book into a film!!!

How does everyone feel about that?? And who do you think could play Tony??

Anyway, if you want proof, its on his myspace here:

They're having people vote about what movies that aren't on DVD should be. I saw Green Mansions is on there and there might be some more of Tony's films. Hopefully they'll be on DVD soon!

Hi Perks,

I've uploaded my first youtube-video ever.I was wondering whether all of you have ever seen this scene.I haven't bought the DVD yet because people told me there were a lot of scenes missing. So,maybe you can tell me if this sexxxxxxxxy scene is included in the DVD version. This version I got from a friend of mine.It was aired in 1996 on the German TV.Sorry for the German language,I'm able to translate for you ,of course.
Enjoy watching : )

I love Tony's recording of "Il N'y A Plus D'après" (which I downloaded from the Audio section of www.theperkinses.cjb.net) - but my French is incredibly limited and I can only understand small portions of the song.

Tony's singing is beautiful and I'd love to know what it is all about! Would any French-speaking fans be able to translate?

Major thanks!

Hellooooo! I'm new here, and my name is Katy. I'm a fairly new Tony fan. I've only seen On the Beach and Psycho, but I adored him in both of them.

As a way of showing my thanks for the community (I've been dying at some of the photos posted here!), there are some HQ pictures under the cut.

I thought you were so underfed )

Found this a while ago on the net. It's creepy and it doesn't bear any resemblance to Tony at all, does it?
