Posting to say I'm new....
I've been a member of this community for some time now. But up until recently I haven't really had time to sit down and type a hello entry to everyone. I am a huge fan of Anne Rice she's been my favorite author since I was 12. I'm now 22 and still reading everything I can by this wonderful author. I have read up to date:

Interview with the Vampire
The Vampire Lestat
Queen of the Damned
Memnoch the Devil
Tale of the Body Thief
The Vampire Armand
Blood and Gold
Pandora
Vittorio
Servent of the Bones
Blackwood Farm
Lasher
Sleeping Beauty Trio
Merrick

Also the sequel to Blackwood Farm which I can't remember right now. But thank you for your time and I hope to have some friendly replies.

Hello :) I started reading her at about the same age. What's you favorite by her? My favorite novel by her would probably have to be Interview just because I loved Louis back then. He grew less likeable in future writings I think. Tale of the Body Thief's plot I just loved too so maybe it's a tie. :/

Tale of the Body Thief was by far one of my fave's too. I've actually read it about 4 times. I just can't get enough. I love Louis in all of the one's he was in. I don't know about Merrick though, he was kind of eh in that one.

I'd have to say my favorite by her would be The Vampire Armand. But I am also a fan of Louis, even though he has become quite a dull character in his latest outings. I am also impartial to Marius. But I love each of the characters in their own way.

I'd have to say Vampire Armand followed by Interview. But out of the Vampire and Witch chroncles. I loved the Erotic Sleeping Beauty Trio of books. If anyone else has read them.

Hello :D You started with Anne at 12 too? That's when I read one of her books for the first time. The first one that I picked up was Interview but I don't think I liked it at first because Louis has never been my favorite character. Which one did you read first?

I also read Interview with the Vampire first as well. Then I followed it with The Vampire Armand. I went out of order but I eventually caught up when I got older.

I recently started reading her books.

I heard about Anne Rice from a friend in 2002 or 2003, she kept checking the books out so I couldn't have got them even if I wanted to ♥

I definitely read out of order then corrected myself.
First, I read Memnoch the Devil. (which I had bought three years earlier and hadn't read) I knew that I bought more but, I couldn't find them so, I ended up buying a huge three-in-one book of Interview, Lestat and Queen.
I'm currently in the middle of Lestat...

Earlier in the morning, I was digging in a pile of books trying to put them up on my bookshelf and I found my missing books. I now have an extra copy of Lestat and Queen ♥ But, I'm going to trade them in most likely for store credit at the used bookstore/comic book store so I can get Body Thief and Armand if they have them in...

ooooh i bet this isnt allowed since i've not yet joined the community but how on earth did you get through lasher without reading the witching hour? in my opinion the witching hour is her best book, but it's also the first book in the mayfair witches series, and lasher is book two, and the witching hour takes you through hundreds of years of history as a background for lasher and then taltos. werent you confused?
