AboutWelcome to ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif){kind=small} animeiconidol, an anime/manga icontest community! The community username may sound a bit odd so let us explain what it means.Every week, you will be given a certain theme that you have to make an icon of. Sounds plain and simple eh? Well, unlike the usual anime icontest communities, this community will not award first, second and third place. We will award your icons with the "best of" and "most" blahblah awards. Themes will be of two per week, so you may submit two icons. One will be a "word" theme and the other a lyrical theme or a picture theme. | ||
When submitting your icon, please comment on the post of the challenge with the following format:  URL: http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y140/mikannave/icons/kaidoh_noescape.jpg Character/Series: Kaidoh Kaoru of Tenipuri Theme: Lyrical/Word 1. Your icon must be made by you and you alone. NO ASKING OF HELP FROM ANYBODY. 2. Your submission must be freshly made, which means you have to make it within the week of the current theme! 3. All icons must follow the LiveJournal userpic format. 100x100 px, 40kb or less, .JPG, .PNG or .GIF format. 4. Anime and Manga icons are only allowed, unless the mods allow you to do so for a specific theme. Fanart is allowed but make sure they're yours. OR ELSE. 5. Do not post your icons or advertise them anywhere until the end of the challenge. 6. No cheating! Do not tell anybody that this is your icon so they'll vote for it and blahblah. We will ban you if you do so. 7.
