I watched EVA:1.0 in Anime Expo!!
A lot of funs came and everyone got so excited by EVA!!! Unfortunately, it was dub version, but it was so cool and great!!
At all, EVA is really really interesting!!
I met a voice actor who played "Rei Ayanami"!!
She was so cute & so sweet!!
And, I got their autograph!!
That day was sooooooooo wonderful day for me!!!!
Evangelion:1.0 is opening on July 17th in Phoenix and on July 17h in Los Angeles!!!
And, it is coming to the theater more and more in the U.S!!!

Some girls I know are desperately in need of two or three room mates, preferably girls!
They are very nice girls! And the room is under a FANTASTIC deal.
WESTIN BONAVENTURE - 3 Girls so far
They need two girls to fill the gap. And it's for 5 nights - Day Zero to Day Four. This is $181.26 if there are FIVE people.
But if three people join that means each person pays a total of $151.05. The first person to jump into the room gets a shuttle pass, but the 5th and 6th person don't!

Name is Oscar, I'm 22 live in San Diego and been going to AX for 4-5years. Last year my friends decided they didn't want to come and this year it happened again (should have learned the 1st time T_T). Me and my friends are from the SDAnimanga club (www.sdanimanga.net if you want to check out our little group) in San Diego and known each other for a long time, so there is no drama guarantied  .
We are probably not even going to be in the room most of the time, so it will be pretty chill.

Well, the community LJ for one of the other conventions I regularly attend just posted a link to some Con rules that are a case of "Common Sense is Not Common", and I recalled the list that my friends and I have compiled and emailed out to our AX roommates the last 2 years prior to attending the con.
A lot of it is a result of our personal experiences with conventions, including my history of attending (and occasionally volunteering at) various Anime, Comic, Science-Fiction, and Fantasy conventions since 2001.
So we've compiled a list of general sense con rules, rules for con roommates, some tips, and a useful checklist of stuff to bring, and links to some other con etiquette articles.
Convention Tips, Tricks, and Conduct
Let me know if this is inappropriate, and I will delete it, but I find having a set of rules to ship in advance to con roommates useful --particularly with people I only know online prior to the con or friends-of-friends.

The rules are approved and posted.
You can find the PDF with the rules and the entry form at this address:

Please be sure to read through the rules as there have been changes made.
The three primary changes are,
1. New entry address.
I moved to Ventura and got a P.O. Box Accordingly.
2. No Tape Media Submissions.
Last year we only had one entry come in on tape out of the whole lot.
3. No FTP server provided by AX or the Contest Coordinators
Last year this was way more trouble than it was ultimately worth. If you want to submit online it is up to you to find and use a service such as YouSendIt, Megaupload, Rapidshare or similar service. There are many of them out there. Many are free for one off files. If you elect to go this route it is up to you to find/pick the service you wish to use then provide us the link to your file and form (though last year some gave us the link them sent the form in the old fashioned way. This is fine).
