if you're wondering what to expect on your flist if you add me, uh... i don't know. all kinds of shit. mostly me talking about really nerdy shit (usually video games), the occasional fanfic, ridiculous shit, and the very rare blog about rl. those are preeeeetty rare though, because nothing ever happens in my rl.

About: Hell-o, people! You can call me Itoe, I'm 18 years old and studying to be a genetist (not in University yet, though). I'm kinda new to LJ, don't have many friends (and those I have never read me u_u), so I thought this was a great way to meet new anime fans from here. I hope this post doesn't look so bad. Hi there! I'm cielyshirou. I want to search for lj friends out there to interact about anime stuff♥ (through comments, posts, or anything!), and hopefully can befriends too.
Me, myself is an ordinary student from Indonesia - currently want to get into literature world by starting to write fan-fictions (since my English isn't so good, sobs), and with my other side as a total fangirl. Basic: Hi, I'm Cel. I'm 22, and I'm currently a charity shop volunteer. I'm something of a fangirl, but not a completely insane one. I'm a hoarder, meaning that I never throw stuff away if I can help it. Unless it gets to the point where something I really need is lost amongst the piles of random.
My journal is a mixture of public and friends only entries. They're mostly entries about something that's happened in my day, or something that I've found interesting/amusing/confusing. Memes and rantish/whining entries also crop up. I also post drawings, though only rarely.

TV: I don't actually watch all that much television any more. Doctor Who, Dexter, Futurama and nature programmes are amongst my fave things to watch, however.

Basic: Hi, I'm Mur. I'm 19, and I'm currently a sophomore game design major at RCAD. I draw all the time. I'm a huuuuuge fantard, so basically I'm looking for someone to chat with. My journal contains fanart, ramblings, gratuitous amounts of cursing, RL junk, sketches, among other things. I tend to abuse the capslock and shift keys.
Anime and Manga: My favorites would have to be Ouran High School Host Club, Digimon, xxxHolic, Trigun, Petshop of Horrors, Vampire Knight, DNAngel, and Shaman King. I also like Pokemon, but I haven't seen much of the anime, only played the games.
I'm actually not REALLY into any one specific anime or manga right now, so I'm open to discussing and learning about other stuff too. I like fantasy and supernatural, as you can see, but there's also a special place in my heart for mecha and magical girl stuff.
I keep meaning to look up Hetalia, because it seems really interesting, but I'm too lazy.
Videogames: Right. I'm obsessed. RPGs are my thing. I love ANYTHING Shin Megami Tensei, and I've played Disgaea to hell and back. Actually, anything by Nippon Ichi is great in my book. Videogames are a good 50% of my life. There's a huge list in the interests section in my profile.
Other fandoms: I'm also reaaaally into Doctor Who and Harry Potter. Ironically, I am not on any communities for either of these, but I fangirl over them fairly regularly. I also know an awful lot about Transformers, but I don't really geek out over it anymore. I also like regular cartoons and animated movies. Superjail! also makes me very happy. :D

Hi I'm 23 years old and I just got back into anime. Death Note was the one that really got me into again. I was always a hardcore DBZ and Dragonball fan, I also like Yu Yu Hakusho and One Piece. Im reading the death note manga too which I think is pretty sweet. I got into Fairy Tail both the anime and manga. About: I'm Heather. A 22 year fangirl. A huge fangirl. Not one of those annoying ones though, I promise. Anime is about 90% of my life. My journal is half daily life and half fandom. I also am a huge collector. I collect lots of stuff.
Anime: Please note that I really love yaoi and yuri and ecchi anime. A lot. My drugs are Sailor Moon and Ouran High School Host Club. I love magical girls and hot guys and anything perverted like UFO Ultramaiden Valkyrie, Yumeria, and my favorite Miyuki-chan In Wonderland. Movies: My all time favorite movies are Titanic, Twister and The Green Mile. Which is surprising see as how my favorite genre is comedies. Especially stupid ones. With offensive humor. I also LOVE musicals, my favorite being Chicago and Sweeney Todd. I love anything by Tim Burton with Johnny Depp in it. Alice In Wonderland anybody?
TV: Anything from the 90's. TV, cartoons, Disney & Nick..it all rocked in the '90s. I don't watch much nowadays. So I'm really just buying DVDs of my favorite shows and reliving the decade. I do love NCIS, Law & Order: SVU, and Mercy.
Other Things: I'm a huge fan of hand drawn 2D Disney movies. The Little Mermaid is my favorite. I love Harry Potter. I love video games and I'm a Nintendo fangirl, but my boyfriend and I do play all 3 consoles and play a wide variety of games. And as an aside, I listen to country music, but I don't talk about it much. Just thought you should know.

I'm brand-spanking-new to livejournal, even though I've been lurking for God-knows-how-many years, and it's only now that I've gotten enough courage to join. x] so, my friends (and post!) list is completely empty, and I thought this looked like a pretty awesome community to find people with the same interests. =)
Soso, I'm Gitty, a 16 year old from the UK. I love making graphics (and will most certainly be making icons and such of anime-related nature), photography, writing, and, of course, anime and manga! I'll give you a shakedown of my favourites here, in no particular order-
saiyuki (& all related series), fullmetal alchemist, bleach, death note, the prince of tennis, wild adapter, kuroshitsuji, bus gamer, d.gray-man, darker than black, ouran highschool host club, fruits basket, soul eater, DNAngel, battle royale, and probably some more I've forgotten. x)

Well, since I know like, one person on lj I thought I might as well get to know some other people. 8D;
You can call me whatever you want, but most people call me Kat. Mentally, I'm four years old and in body... I think I forgot. Does it really matter?
I'm not much of a gamer, but I enjoy anime and manga. I occasionally play random GBA games and Pokémon though. I'd love to play more, but sadly, the only console I own is a DS. How much I wish for a Wii, all the good stuff just has to be so expensive. >:
My favourite series are Pandora Hearts, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist (both seasons), Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Umineko no Naku Koro ni, Toradora!, Deatroit Metal City, Doujin Work, Hellsing, Eureka Seven, and lots of others.
So, I pretty much enjoy dark anime and stuff. I love comedies too, but it's hard to find good ones as I have a strange sense of humor. Detroit Metal City pretty much sums it up with all its rape jokes, lol. Brilliant stuff, made me laugh to tears many times.
ALSO, VIRAL FROM TTGL IS THE BEST CHARACTER EVER AND DON'T YOU DARE DENY IT. /fangirl
I enjoy making graphics, too. But I don't think I'm so good at it, lol.
Um, there was something else I wanted to say... Oh yeah.
I love music. I mostly listen to industrial, symphonic and melodic death metal, some Japanese (mostly anime songs I adore) and sometimes electronic when I'm in the mood. My favourite bands are Nightwish, OOMPH! and Lordi~ My guiltiest pleasure ever is Lady Gaga, don't judge me.
Oh, and I swear quite a bit when I'm mad. Please forgive me. Sadly my journal will probably be filled with school rants and stuff like that, yanno. OTL
The only thing that I'd like from you is to type decently. I dislike it when people don't spell out their damn words and use u/y/etc, although sometimes I do it myself on purpose. |D
