An icontest community dedicated to encouraging creative cropping in your icons.This community is free for all, of all levels and experience, to join in and participate. We hope you join us! The purpose of this community is to enhance cropping skills of the participates. Each week a new challenge will be posted. Each challenge will feature both a Free crop and a Provided crop. The Free crop is where you will be given a word or lyrical theme and you are allowed to use your own image of choice to create your icon. The Provided crop is were an image will be provided for you. Suggestions for free crop themes and provided images can be submitted here. Please also remember, don't just crop an image and submit it. Try to make a beautiful icon while keeping creative cropping in mind. :3 The posting agenda will be:  Monday-Friday: Accepting submissionsFriday-Sunday: VotingSunday-Monday: Winners announcedRULES ABSOLUTELY no porn, hentai, or yaoi is to be featured in ANY of the icons at anytime. • You may use images from both anime and manga, no fanart please. • Any game images must have a corresponding anime to be viable (not manga, but anime as this is anime_crops). • You may submit up to 2 icons per competition, one for the Free crop and one for the Provided crop. • Your image for the free crop should not be the same as the provided crop. • DO NOT steal and submit others icons as your own. • You are not allowed to advertise your icon in anyway, or get others to vote for you. • All icons submitted should be freshly made for the competition. • If you place 3 weeks in a row, you may not submit for the following 3 weeks after your 3rd placement. • HAVE FUN! The rules WILL be enforced, so please keep them, as the moderators hate feeling like the bad guy when they have to remind of the rules.
