Week 005 // Voting
This is a re-vote; I left one of the icons out earlier. Sorry!
To vote, reply listing your three favorites in order of preference. Your first choice gets 3 points, your second 2, and your third 1. There are also two special categories: best crop, and best coloring. Select one icon for each category. If you wish to change your vote, delete your old comment and repost it.
Voting should look like something like this:
Top Three: 02, 20, 19
Best Crop: 08
Best Coloring: 09
* Vote for icons based on the quality of that icon, NOT because you like/dislike certain characters or think you know who made the icon.
* Do not vote for your own icon. If you do, all of your votes will be discarded.
* Voting will end Sunday, April 06, at 10PM EST.

Choose screencaps that have rain in them! No text, tiny text, or text-like brushes may be used.
Theme Two: Screencap
Make an icon using the provided screencap. You may manipulate it however you wish, but must only use the screencap provided; no using other images.

* Images from anime and manga are allowed; no fanart (unless it's your own), porn, or hentai allowed.
