About| SIMPLE WORDS: This is an anime/manga and sometimes games -like kingdom hearts, dot hack//GU and such- there's still a lot of anime, manga, games I dont know about so feel free to tell me, also im pretty clueless about a lot of them xD ...yesh i know i suck >.> but anyways, expect randomness, also this is my first time doing this so dont kill me if i commit serious errors... ^^; ill try my best here and right now im the only mod but ill ask for some more help once this com gets big enough. | RULES SIGN UPSDEADLINES No BASHING, FLAMING, or anything like it! This is just for fun and constructive criticism, please be nice, and DONT go telling someone they suck or something like that or you'll be BANNED, with no warnings.FONT> RULES: 1. A new challenge with a theme will be posted every... Sunday/Monday Voting will be held from Friday-Sunday Morning you have 5-6 days to submit your icon. Winners will be announced Sunday along with the new theme. 2. TWO icons per entry unless stated otherwise, and NO ANIMATED ICONS will be accepted, all should be still. 3. Sign-Ups for BATTLE/LIMS will take place from when the New Battle/LIMS Round is posted untill the First Challenge is posted and Submitions will be accepted from the day the new challenge is posted untill the DEADLINE posted, no more late than that so we can start the Voting, once voting goes up NO entries will be accepted. 4. Skips: there will be no skips, sorry 5. NO CHEATING icons must be NEW/FRESH made by you and no one else, and do NOT copy tutorials, textures brushes and such are fine thou. 6. All icons must adhere to LJ standards: 100x100, under 40 KB, in .png, .gif or .jpg format. 7. Icons may not be posted anywhere else until the winners are announced- Doing so will get you eliminated. Doing such more than once will get you banned. 8. Please upload all icons to your free image host like photobucket or so. 9. No telling anyone to vote for yourself and no using other accounts. IMPORTANT! Be sure to write your fave anime, manga, game, and the program youre using, so I'll know you read the rules <3 ((subject one of those, the rest on the comment)) SIGN UPS: 1. Please vote reasonably, do not vote for the anime or caracter in the icon or because you like/dislike the colors, your not voting for it your voting for the icon as a whole. SPECIAL CHALLENGE: SPECIAL CHALLENGE!! ~For every icon you make you will get or loose points depending on the votes and comments you get. ~I'll make a post with every participant who signs up for all the challenges so far and put the points they each have after each challenge is over ofcourse, and everyone will start with 10 points, you can either gain or lose them, and when the time comes, I'll be making a special challenge (im not saying anything about how it will be untill the challenge is posted, thats the whole point of this) and whoever has enough points will be able to join, so be sure to gain as much points as you can! :) ~I'll let everyone know about this when i decide to do it ^^ I will be doing it every now and then depending on how many points everyone has. ~IMPORTANT!
