Welcome to the first Kaori Yuki Community on LiveJournal. For those that do not know, Kaori Yuki is an incredibly talented mangaka (manga artist) who created such works as Angel Sanctuary, Count Cain, Boy's Next Door, Gravel Kingdom, Kaine, Neiji, etc.

Anyone with at least a slight interest in the great works of this incredible lady are welcome to join.

Any posts relating to Yuki-san and any of her works is welcomed. Members are allowed to pretty much post about anything they want to that at least has something to do with Kaori Yuki. My only one request is that if your post contains any massive spoilers for any of her mangas, please use the lj-cut which can be found here. The reason I request this is that some people on the community might not wish to have certain mangas spoiled for them, so please keep that in mind when posting.

Also I have to request that people please refrain from giving any links to the scanlations of any works that have been officially liscensed. Such as Angel Sanctuary. And if you post any images in a post that it be for image purposes only. Do not post entire chapters of the Viz translated version or any of the scanlation versions. As we are trying to encourage people to actually buy the manga (whether it be japanese or Viz's version) and support Yuki-sensei. Also, we really don't want to get in trouble with Viz who now owns the rights to translating both Angel Sanctuary and Count Cain.

UPDATED RULES
Due to a recent surge in posts, I've updated the rules for the community...please refer to these guidelines from now on whenever posting anything.

~1) All posts must be relating to Kaori Yuki and her manga, anime, etc.
~2) Spoilers must be put under Lj Cuts...if you don't know how, check here.
~3) When posting any images, fanart, fanfiction, translations, icons, etc, please use an LJ Cut. If posting icons, you may show up to 3 icons as teasers, but the rest must be behind a Cut.
~4) You may only post up to 3 whole pages of translated manga scenes...untranslated scans are perfectly fine (as long as they, too, are under a Cut), but scanlations and scans of Viz's English translation are going to have to be limited to 3. Also, please do not post links to scanlated manga if the manga has been licensed. Read Lyn's post if you want to know our reasons why.
~5) Please do not post introductory posts, as they are beginning to clog up the community. You are welcome, however, to introduce yourself if you are posting for the first time, as long as you have something else to contribute.
~6) You are free to advertise any other Kaori Yuki communities, websites, forums, etc, as you'd like. If you'd like to affiliate with us, please let us know in your post and we will consider it.
~7) Please refrain from posting about new Kaori Yuki merchandise you've gotten, unless you have a review of it you'd like to post.
~8) Please refer to the FAQ before asking any questions...it will answer a lot of them.
~9) You may request certain images and/or scans, as long as they don't include whole translated scenes (read rule #4).
~10) AS A GENERAL RULE, PLEASE ONLY POST IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE FANDOM, OR A QUESTION THAT HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED IN THE FAQ.
