Welcome to angel_stillness, an Angel icon contest for non animated icons ONLY. This site is a 'spin-off' of ![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/community.gif) buffy_stillness (![[info]](http://p-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif) quebelly), that is run by misstress_tink and was created by the lovely _____romantique! Each you will be provided with some caps from an episode of Angel. Members will then make up to two icons from the images, you can only use the caps given but you can edit and crop as you wish. After that, you post your entries in the comment section of the entry post. The voting post will then go up with all the entries on Saturday morning when everyone can then vote, winners are then announced on Sunday along with a new challenge
Rules
1. Your submissions cannot be animated! (It's kind of the point of the entire contest)
2. No voting for yourself.
3. Make sure your submission is 100x100 or smaller!
4. Please do not take any of the contest icons without the creator's permission.
5. You cannont enter an icon that was made previously for a another challenge.
Submitting
1. At the beginning of each contest I will make a post where you can reply with your submission. Comments will be screened so the only people who can see your submission are you and I.
2. You will need a host that allows remote linking. Geocities/angelfire/tripod and sites like those do not work. You could try Photobucket.com or 250free.com ...
3. When responding with your submission, please include the image url, as well as the image itself.
Voting
1. You don't have to be a member of the community to vote.
2. Anonymous votes will not be counted.
3. Please vote for you choice for first, second, and third place.
4. The "Mod's Choice" award is one that I choose myself because of its nifty coolness, hopefully if you don't win in the main rounds you can win this one! :-D
