AboutWelcome to angel_stillness, an Angel icon contest for non animated icons ONLY. This site is a 'spin-off' of

buffy_stillness, that is run by ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small}
drankmywar and was created by the lovely _____romantique and formerly run by the amazing misstress_tink! Each of you will be provided with some caps from an episode of Angel. Members will then make up to three icons from the images, you can only use the caps given but you can edit and crop as you wish. After that, you post your entries in a new post to the community. The voting post will then go up with all the entries on Saturday morning when everyone can then vote, winners are then announced on Sunday along with a new challenge.As of July 2009 this community will be going through challenges based on episodes in order, and at the end of each season there will be a special voting on all the winning icons from that season. The icon that wins the special challenge will be the community default until the next season winner. This "twist" in the community is based on the challenge community

1. Your submissions cannot be animated! (It's kind of the point of the entire contest)
2. No voting for yourself.
3. Make sure your submission is 100x100 or smaller!
4. Please do not take any of the contest icons without the creator's permission.
5. You cannont enter an icon that was made previously for a another challenge.
Submitting
1. At the beginning of each contest I will make a post with link to the screencaps, you will then post your entries as a new post to the community.
2. You will need a host that allows remote linking. Geocities/angelfire/tripod and sites like those do not work. You could try Photobucket.com or 250free.com ...
3. When responding with your submission, please include the image url, as well as the image itself.
Voting
1. You don't have to be a member of the community to vote.
2. Anonymous votes will not be counted.
3. Please vote for you choice for first, second, and third place.
