they almost touched

Second half.

 

I took a lot of pictures on my vacation in La Grande, so I'm splitting them up into 2 posts. Here's the first half.

I've been taking too many flower shots lately. I promise I'll be more original next time. 

  It's hot today.

 From my trip to Vegas. 

I feel like I've finally gotten back into a good groove with my photography. I'm proud of this set. 

  

It's when I take the most pictures that I narrow them down to the smallest set. I'm like overcompensating. LOL. 

We hiked up the Bell Canyon trail that led to this little lake and I'm glad I took my camera. 

109 pictures and again narrowed down to 15. I have come to the conclusion that I am very picky.

There's a pedestrian overpass above the freeway and I've been wanting to take pictures there for a while, so here you go! 

I took 64 pictures and managed to cut it down to 15. Am I picky? Or just effective? ;)

 

So it was like a blizzard earlier, so the last thing I expected was a clear blue sky. But that's what we got! So I took advantage of it. 

 Just some random pictures I've taken lately. 

The park and a coyote in the mountains.

 

I took these pictures about a month ago. I have no idea why it's taken me this long to post them. It was so cold and windy that day.

 

Pictures up in the mountains, plants, and a moose! 

I am officially a weirdo. 

Wow.

So I went out in my backyard this morning, and I thought, "Damn, I need to take pictures". It was only like the second time I had been out in my new backyard. So I thought it'd be a good chance to get to know my surroundings, and to also see what kind of plants and trees are in my yard.

I'm extremely proud of this set. <3

 

I'll stop taking pictures of my Felis silvestris catus one of these days...
