Summary :
People who create lj-drama and trolls or people who start flame-wars will be banned.
People who post anything they shouldn't will have their post deleted and a comment left by a mod. A second time, and they will have their posting access removed.
First of all, please make entries on topic. If you are unsure what constitutes "on topic," please read the following guide carefully. If you post off-topic or make an offensive post, a mod will comment to the post and then remove it shortly thereafter if it is not removed by the poster. If you don't have comments emailed to you and you find a post deleted, assume that this is why (If you REALLY can't figure out why, contact a mod.). If you post off-topic again or post a woe-is-me whiny post asking why yours was deleted after this warning, it will be removed; and your posting access will be disabled.
What is allowed?
1. Your post must be relating in some way to And One (exception: An intro post to say hi and introduce yourself is fine and encouraged. ^_^). This may seem like stating the obvious, but we're just covering all bases here. ;) It can also be relating to individual side-projects of each band member or to the bands they belonged to before And One (or after, whichever the case may be). Basically, as long as the post has SOMETHING to do with And One or one of And One's current/former members, it should be acceptable.
2. Here is what is allowed in posts:
a brief introduction of yourself if you're new (feel free to let us know a little about yourself and your favorite songs, albums, videos, etc)
pictures (if large [over 400x400 pixels], use clickable thumbnails or put the images behind an lj-cut, please; be considerate)
links to articles or scans of articles (again, if the scans are large, use thumbnails or an lj-cut, please)
discussions about the band's lyrics
artwork of/inspired by the band (not slashy--band member-on-band member, that is-- or graphically adult, please)
news about tours and upcoming releases
icons, desktops and banners relating to the band
links to other communities that are for And One fans
introductory posts from new members
requests for particular pictures that you're having difficulty finding
reviews of concerts or links to reviews
download links to videos you took yourself
links to Youtube or other streaming sites to new music videos or other And One videos
NOTE: if the mods of this comm are EVER contacted by the band's management or record label in protest to allowing these videos to be linked/posted, the posting of videos will be stopped, posts will be deleted as need be, and the rules will be changed accordingly. For now, though, we ask that links to videos, either download links OR streaming links, be put in friends-locked posts to keep them exclusively for comm members.
3. Here is what is not allowed:
links to or entries about anything unrelated to And One in any way
links to articles that are about Germany in general (that do not mention the band) (This includes entries about Germany that don't have anything to do with the band. If you want to say that you're going to Germany and are seeing And One while you're there, that's fine.)
personal things that belong in your OWN journal
implying the band have anything to do with Nazism, even jokingly (the ONLY exception here that I can think of would be if any band members were quoted as joking around in such a manner, but I doubt such a thing would ever happen)
asking questions about how to do lj-cuts or other things that could be found out on your own journal or by looking at the LJ FAQ
drama

NOTE: Adult images of the band are allowed but MUST BE BEHIND AN LJ-CUT with a 'Not Work Safe' or 'Adult Content' warning. (Though there really AREN'T any "adult" pics of the band, we're trying to avoid offending anyone who might be a little sensitive to some things. For instance, I don't know if anyone's ever been offended by pictures from the band's live "Pimmelmann" performances with Chris holding the microphone stand between his legs or Steve holding his microphone to his crotch; but you never know.) If something has an adult content warning, then don't look at it unless you ARE an adult. Obviously.
If you start your post with "sorry, this is off-topic," then it's off-topic; and you probably shouldn't be posting it here. If we, as mods, honestly think it's inappropriate, one of us will tell you so. (Honestly, though, problems here seem few and far between. And One seems to have intelligent fans. ;P )
Finally, plz don't rite the body of ur posts like this, kthxbai.
