The end. Rules for posting: 1. This group is for posting recipes only. No stats, thinspiration, or pictures allowed (unless if it's of the food!). 2. Feel free to add as MUCH information as you can in regards to your food suggestions (e.g. Where it was purchased, how to cook it, how many calories, how it tastes, other methods of making/cooking the food). We realize it's impossible to be 100% accurate, but we would appreciate it if you could put in a little research time to ensure your figures are reasonably correct. 3. Telling us that you had pickles for breakfast is not a recipe. Neither is bouillon cubes and water, or chewing gum. Pills are not food, so the next person who talks about pills as a recipe will get banned. We do not kid. * MOST IMPORTANTLY * Play Nice ^_^ This is a community for people who seek to share recipes/food tips that are commonly low in calories. Views, tips, advice and opinions expressed within this community are to be used how you see fit. We do not take responsibility for the way individuals choose to interpret our advice. Those seeking to embark on a healthy weight-loss program, we recommend you first consult you GP, as recipes within this group are directed towards minimalizing calories not necessarily bearing in mind nutritional or health benefits. Also: please do not ask for support here. We don't want to know that you're going to be fasting for 3 years and want a buddy. There are plenty of ana friendly communities out there with plenty of support for you. We will provide low cal recipes, but they can provide you with the support you want. | |||
