AboutI made this community so we can have competitions to see who can loose the most weight, who can go the longest without eating, who can exercise the most and stuff like that. This would be very motivational for me and I figured it would for other people too. Okay since its only our first competition and the comunity is still trying to get more members the rule won't be too strict.
As of now you can post whatever, whenever you want, but once we start the competition please try to make it competition related. Weight, calories, exercise, #'s etc would be acceptable.
1/21/07 -- who can loose 10lbs the fastest competition RULES
1. you must confirm that you are participating in the competition, you can do this by posting something on the site or messaging me
2. please try to update your status daily!!
3. the first person to post saying the have lost 10 lbs is the winner
4. If you don't feel comfortable posting your actual weight you can just post how much weight you lost
ex. instead of posting sw: 110 cw 107 post total weight lost: 3 lbs
5. the winner will be posted in our community info =]
6. i know it's easy to cheat on this and say you've lost weight when you really didn't. But please don't cheat, theres no point and you'll only be cheating yourself
7. there is no specific diet you have to follow this competition is just as simple as it sounds, who ever looses 10lbs the first is the winner
