such a good day
so today i went a little over my cals but lately i have been going WAY over. so it was a 1240 day but i wend to the gym, burned 300 cals on the treadmill and 300 cals on the elliptical so i netted 640 cals for the day. this is getting better. watching dancing with the stars and staring at all their flat stomachs is amazing inspiration!

i think it's on around 7ish. i'm not sure, but i feel like it's always on. it's an hour long so it keeps you interested for a while at the gym.

hi,

i was just wondering if you could help me out with a few things, you seem pretty educated on calorie restriction and things like that, so i'm hoping you can help me out. i am still the same size i always was, a 00 or 0, but i felt like i gained a lot of weight when i began college, even though i didn't eat that much more food. i used to eat whatever i wanted whenever i wanted in my high school years and i never gained weight. it was amazing, but now everything seems different. i was thinking birth control was possibly the culprit, even though it was low dose, i think it made me gain weight at the time. i started taking it again this summer, but i recently stopped. also, i have lost 12 lbs since september by becoming a vegetarian. i'm hoping to lose at least another 5-10, and hoping that it should be pretty easy since i stopped the birth control again a few weeks ago.

i try to basically eat nothing but small amounts of whole grain, fruits and vegetables and occasionally seafood, but i'm unsure about what exactly i should be eating. i want to do the bare minimum, and i usually eat a small breakfast and drink a lot of coffee throughout the day and then have a small dinner. i've noticed that coffee works well to keep full. i usually have a banana at some point too, but i've heard that they aren't that good for weight loss... do you know if that's true? also, if you drink coffee, what do you put in it? i can't drink it black, it's just too disgusting, so i usually use s small amount of skim milk and one packet of raw cane sugar. if you could help out in any way by telling me a typical daily diet of proper foods to follow i would really appreciate it. thanks!
